Instead of immediately scheduling a service call and charging me, he took the time to walk me through the issue over the phone and showed me how to fix it myself because it was something simple that I could easily handle. That level of honesty, integrity, and customer service is so refreshing. He could have easily come out and charged me for something that didn’t require a professional repair, but instead, he genuinely wanted to help. Because of this experience, JR Garage Door Services will absolutely be the first company I call if I ever need garage door repairs in the future. I’ll also gladly recommend them to family and friends. It’s hard to find businesses that operate with this kind of honesty anymore. Highly recommend!

My garage door decided to stop working on Friday. I called around on Saturday and JR Garage Door was the only one that answered. They booked me for the next day (Sunday). Clayton arrived promptly and knocked out the repair in a timely manner. He took the time to lubricate and inspect my system before he left. He also informed me of best practices to maintain my garage door. 10/10 would recommend!

I recently had new garage doors and openers installed, and they were long overdue. Fortunately, I still had Clayton's business card from 10 years ago when he repaired my garage door opener shortly after I moved into my townhome.
