Commercial Garage-Door Services in Charles County, MD

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Clayton, who came out to replace the extension springs on my garage door on 10/14. He was very prompt, personable, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. He made himself available, took care of the job, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. It’s refreshing to work with someone who takes pride in what they do and makes sure their customers feel valued and taken care of. Clayton went above and beyond my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided! I highly recommend Clayton to anyone in need of garage door repairs, maintenance, or any other garage-related services for their home. If you’re looking for someone reliable, professional, and truly amazing at what they do, Clayton is definitely your guy! Thank you, Clayton, for your outstanding service! You were absolutely amazing!

I needed an emergency garage door repair, so I posted on Nextdoor and quickly heard back from JR Garage Door and Service. They sent me an estimate right away and had someone at my home within half an hour. Everything went smoothly, and the installation was fast and well done. Mr. Clayton was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door service.

I would like to give a shout out to JR Garage Door and Services. I called for an estimate at 10:30 this morning and the job was done by 12:30pm. Excellent customer service, friendly staff, great craftsmanship. Overall a great experience. Thank you for your service!

I highly recommend this company. After receiving quotes from other companies for a full garage door opener replacement, I reached out for another opinion and was met with honesty, patience, and real expertise. He took the time to understand what was happening, walked me through the issue, and identified that my older opener needed an adjustment rather than an immediate replacement. As a young, first-time homeowner, that meant so much. He made me feel understood, taken care of, and not taken advantage of. It was such a relief from the predatory practices that many companies rely on when homeowners are trying to make the right decision without knowing every technical detail. It is rare to find someone who is knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely committed to helping homeowners make the right decision. He saved me from making a costly repair before it was truly necessary, and I will absolutely be calling him when it is time for a full replacement. If you want someone honest, skilled, and trustworthy, this is who you should call.

Absolutely amazing company. They were professional, they were on the job quickly and completed it in one day. They want above and beyond.

Outstanding Service! I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received! Samantha (Sam) was pleasant, professional, and easy to work with from the very first call. She gave me clear next steps and was able to schedule same-day service—which was a huge relief since my garage door was stuck open and it was raining! Clayton arrived, quickly assessed the problem, listened to my concerns, and went straight to work. He not only repaired the door but added components to make it more secure. Within about 30 minutes, everything was working better than ever—and the door is even quieter than before! Fast, professional, knowledgeable, and excellent customer service from start to finish. I absolutely recommend this company and would definitely use them again! Definitely 5-star service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great service. Thank you for your dedication and service. We needed our garage door spring fixed, we called, and JR came out and gave us a quote. He had something to do for the portion of the day. He made sure to come back afterwards to complete the job. I would definitely recommend him.

I made a phone call and literally within 20 minutes. Somebody was at my house and my garage door was fixed fast and efficient. Definitely the right ones to get the job done.

I had such a great experience with JR Garage Door Services! I called because I was having an issue with my garage door and thought I would need someone to come out for a repair. Instead of immediately scheduling a service call and charging me, he took the time to walk me through the issue over the phone and showed me how to fix it myself because it was something simple that I could easily handle. That level of honesty, integrity, and customer service is so refreshing. He could have easily come out and charged me for something that didn’t require a professional repair, but instead, he genuinely wanted to help. Because of this experience, JR Garage Door Services will absolutely be the first company I call if I ever need garage door repairs in the future. I’ll also gladly recommend them to family and friends. It’s hard to find businesses that operate with this kind of honesty anymore. Highly recommend!

My garage door decided to stop working on Friday. I called around on Saturday and JR Garage Door was the only one that answered. They booked me for the next day (Sunday). Clayton arrived promptly and knocked out the repair in a timely manner. He took the time to lubricate and inspect my system before he left. He also informed me of best practices to maintain my garage door. 10/10 would recommend!

JR garage door and services did and amazing job for us fixing our springs and putting our garage door back on track. I made the call and Mr. Clayton showed up, was precise and just start working. I appreciate their 24hr service and thankful he was able to show up in minutes from taking my calling. The price was reasonable and I will most definitely use him for future services! 10 out of 10.

Glad I went with JR Garage Door, easy to work with from start to finish, crew did an excellent job installing new Door and components, very happy, thanks!

I recently had new garage doors and openers installed, and they were long overdue. Fortunately, I still had Clayton's business card from 10 years ago when he repaired my garage door opener shortly after I moved into my townhome. At that time, he was friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I told him that when I was ready to replace my garage doors, I would give him a call, and I did! The new doors look fantastic and are much quieter than my old ones. Sam, who manages the office, was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and services they offer. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend this company for their excellent customer service, professionalism, and quality work.
