Since the pandemic, it’s been hard to find exceptional service, but I found it here. Not only were they honest about what I needed done for my garage, very communicative and responsive to all my questions but they were reasonably priced!! They showed up on time, got the job done, helped me to program the garage door opener on my phone and cleaned up. He even referred me to someone who could assist me with other services at my home. Clayton Smith came out to our house in the wee hours of the morning on 2/14/20, our motor went out in the garage and we had no way of getting in the house. After making the call to JR Garage Doors & Service, Clayton was here in a matter of minutes!!!! JR Garage Door and Services was great! Our garage door was broken and failed to open on one of the hottest days of the summer! We sent a text and Samantha immediately called us to determine the problem. We assessed that the spring on the door was broken and needed to be replaced.
